When I did a search for Cobleskill Restaurants, I was not expecting to find something as unique as the small bistro that I found. Located in what started out as a small farmhouse, the bistro has grown into a local success that boasts a lot of charm. I decided to try it out because I would much rather try a small place like this rather than a national chain. I believe in supporting local businesses, and this is especially easy to do when it comes to eating out. I looked over the menu for there and was pretty impressed that they had such a wide selection of entrees and sides. I was really impressed with their coffee bar menu too. I have not seen so many drinks on a menu before, and I knew that I was going to be stopping at this bistro every chance that I could so I could enjoy more of what they have to offer.

My favorite kind of food is mexicanfood. Any time that my husband offers to take me out to dinner, I will always choose Mexican over anything else. I love the hot and spicy sauces and spices that is used to make mexicanfood. I love onions and garlic and shredded chicken with the fajitas. A lot of people like Tex-Mex, and that is okay but I prefer authentic Mexican cuisine. The foods are made fresh and don’t take hours in the kitchen. I love homemade tortillas, corn and flour. We cover everything in cheese and fresh avocado for an even better experience. Both of my kids started eating Mexican food before they could walk; and two or three nights out of the week I will make a Mexican dish. I could probably eat it every day and be happy, though. My favorite dish is enchiladas because they are easy to make, and I love the way the cheese and tortillas mix with the sauce and chicken.

My husband and his brother asked me if I would look for a Santa Monica restaurant where the three of us as well as his brother’s girlfriend could have a nice meal together on New Year’s Eve. I can’t believe that we are actually lucky enough to be staying in hotels in Mullingar! It seems like I have been begging to go for awhile, and no one could accommodate me until now. I am definitely very excited to do it all, and I am just itching to go. I know that I am going to plan the trip better this time around. I feel pretty lucky to be able to afford something like this with my family, and I am so very happy that they are as enthusiastic as I am about this.
